Bio: My name is Keith Candiotti. I was born and raised mostly in Chicago, Illinois. After going to college to get my Bachelors degree in Computer Science I relocated to South Bend, Indiana to pursue a career as a real estate investor. In 2003, I started Candiotti Investment Corporation to manage properties. At my peak, I was managing 120 houses in South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Lakeville, Michigan City, and Benton Harbor. As the real estate market deteriorated in late 2007 we began buying houses as investments. We now own approximately 12 units and manage 20. Our plans are to increase acquisitions while market prices are low.
Interests: My favorite hobby is autocrossing. I drive a 2002 Audi TT ALMS edition. I have owned quite a few cars including a 1996 Impala SS, 2003 Hyundai Tiburon GT V6, Geo Metro XFi, '88 Civic Si 3-door, Buick Regal, and an Oldsmobile Cutless Cierra. In 2008 I won Rookie of the Year in the Chicago Region SCCA. I also enjoy art. It comes and goes but I like to draw, web design, create digital art, produce techno and trance, make music videos, and ride bicycles. Somethings I would like to get into include engineering, track racing, going to automotive school, and model railroading. My goals right now are to acquire 100 rental units before 2011 and purchase an Audi R8.
